Upon completion of your account creation, Urban Feature will log you into your listing manager where you may begin creating a property website by clicking “Build New”.
Creating a Property Website
Creating a property website is simple. We guide you through a wizard which takes you through a few easy steps. The wizard asks you questions about the property and allows you to enter information about the property. You will enter your property details, upload your property photos, choose the color scheme for your property website, and also choose your property website’s name. The property website’s name is the same name that you will print on your rider sign and/or any other forms of marketing you use for your property. When completing the wizard, your property website will then become viewable on the internet.

Managing Property Websites
Managing your property websites is easy. When a returning customer logs in to Urban Feature, they will log in to their “Admin Home” page. The Admin Home page will list all the active property websites for the customer. Each property website can be edited at anytime and changes will show up immediately. Customers also can remove a listing at anytime.
